What we do
Prices are real starting prices for a typical four-cylinder passenger car, and we confirm the exact figure before we touch anything. Utes, European makes and larger engines cost more — ask and we'll tell you straight away.
You do not have to service at the dealer.
It's the single most common thing we get asked, and the answer has been settled law in Australia since 2010. Under the Competition and Consumer Act, a manufacturer cannot void your new car warranty simply because an independent workshop did the servicing.
What matters is that the work follows the manufacturer's schedule, uses parts of the right specification, and is properly documented. That's exactly what we do — and we're usually 30 to 40 per cent cheaper than the dealership for the same service.
We keep the receipts, the part numbers and the technician's name on file for seven years. If a manufacturer ever asks, we answer.Dean Whitlock, owner
- Your logbook stamped and dated at every service

- Itemised invoice listing every part number and fluid grade used
- Photos of anything we recommend replacing, sent to your phone before we do it
- Capped-price comparison against your dealer's schedule, on request
- Service history kept on file for seven years
What's that noise?
Pick whatever your car is doing and we'll tell you what it usually turns out to be, what we'd check first, and roughly what it costs. It's not a diagnosis — but it means you walk in knowing what you're talking about.

Service pricing
Three levels, all fixed price for a standard four-cylinder passenger car. If your car needs something outside the list we'll call you with a price before we do it — never after.
